Returns & Exchanges

At Claw GK, every pair of gloves is carefully produced and quality checked before dispatch. If something isn’t right, we aim to keep the process clear and fair.

14-Day Returns Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fit or sizing preference
  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item or size received

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery:

  • Or via the Contact Form on our website

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the front and back of the product.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Shipping & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error
  • Claw GK covers return shipping for faulty or incorrect items
  • Customers are responsible for any re-shipping costs for exchanges
  • Claw GK is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or reimbursements on international orders

Refunds

  • Issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected
  • Apply to the product price only
  • Original Shipping and all other fees are deducted from the refund unless the item was sent in error

Exchanges

  • Subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Report any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

If approved:

  • Return shipping will be covered by Claw GK
  • A replacement or exchange will be offered where possible
  • If unavailable, a full refund will be issued

Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Gloves must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags and packaging must be included

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

By submitting a return request, you confirm that:

  • The gloves are in brand-new condition with all original tags and packaging
  • They have not been used for training or physical activity
  • They are free from wear, marks, odours, or creasing

Claw GK reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except in rare cases such as:

  • Stock shortages
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Shipping disruptions or unforeseen events

If this occurs, we will contact you with a suitable resolution.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

Colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings, devices, and browsers. These differences are not considered defects.
