Shipping Policy

At Claw GK, we aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 working days from the date the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. All shipments are fulfilled with tracking so you can follow your parcel online.

During busy periods, product launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typical estimates are as follows once the order is processed:

  • UK:

    • 1-2 business days (Express Tracked)

    • 2–3 business days (Standard Tracked)

  • Europe: 5–11 business days

  • Rest of the World: 11–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Claw GK is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier handling, local regulations, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shipping periods.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

For UK deliveries, all applicable VAT is handled by Claw GK and no additional fees are due on delivery.

If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, vary by country, and are the responsibility of the customer. Claw GK does not cover these charges or any related delays.

If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, shipping costs and return charges are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Claw GK is not responsible for parcels once they are in transit or marked as delivered. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be made directly with the courier using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing an order. Claw GK is not responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Claw GK reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
